Increase First Nations employment across the Qantas Group by 1.7 per cent, with a focus on career pathways, leadership development and retention. ?? A commitment to spending at least $45 million with First Nations businesses. ?? Delivering cultural awareness training to 80% of Australian-based employees. ?? Strengthening partnerships that support education,?culture?and economic development.? ?? Embedding First Nations storytelling in our customer experience. Last week we were proud to recognise a group of extraordinary individuals from across the Qantas Group through our 2025?NAIDOC?Awards. Each year, these awards honour the people who are helping to embed reconciliation into the heart of our business by leading with pride, building partnerships, and creating inclusive workplaces where First Nations cultures are valued every day. From the Jetstar team member who brought to life an all-First Nations crewed flight, to the rising star who creates culturally safe spaces for her peers, and the leaders championing community and allyship - every one of this year’s winners embodied this year’s?NAIDOC?theme:?The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy. At Qantas, we know that reconciliation is everyone’s responsibility. Congratulations to this year’s winners ??
